Our next wine dinner will be our Valentine's wine dinner. This is the can't miss
event of the Holidays with creations by Chef Chris Albano available on
February
14th.  
This same menu will be offered along with our regular menu on Friday the
10th and Saturday the 11th.

The courses to be served are as follows:
Food $65/person and with wine $95/person
First Course
Shrimp Bisque Drizzled with Wasabi Cream

Spanish Tomato Broth with Chicken, Sausage, and Orzo Pasta

Second Course
Roasted Beets, Goat Cheese Mousse, Candied Citrus Zest with
Baby Spinach and Champagne Vinaigrette
Or
Diced Cucumber, Mango, Jicama, and Papaya Tossed in Guava - Chile Yogurt
Garnished with Spring Greens

Third Course
Cuban Spiced Crabcake atop Black Bean - Corn Salsa
and a Pineapple - Mustard Sauce
